This was my first experience of this dining concept, and by far, it exceeded my expectations. Around the table you enjoy the company from all walks of life, and all parts of the world. We dined with a couple from California, a mother and son from Seattle and 2 lovely girls from Copenhagen. Although we met as strangers, we left as new friends.
Not only do you enjoy a four course dinner prepared by Jean Yves and his sous chef Fred, but you share in the knowledge about the combination of flavours and textures of this Vietnamese / French fusion inspired menu.
This is not a chef that requires or is in the search for any star rating, but one that wants to share his knowledge and passion with those who dine at his table.
