We stayed here for three nights in November. Lovely hotel, clean, smart, very peaceful and a lovely (if typically small) room. Best of all was the location. Perfectly situated for a leisurely walk around the 2nd 3rd and 4th arrondisements - or a romantic walk through the Tuileries up to the Champs Elysees and the main 'sights'. Plenty of local cafes and foodie places within a 5 minute walk - and a local supermarket for those last minute bits! Staff were delightful and couldn't do enough for us. All spoke good English when my rusty French was not quite up to it. Couldn't recommend more. We will be back! Thank you

I stayed at this hotel because of its location and the reviews I read. I have to say, the location is wonderful. You can walk to many wonderful areas of Paris within 10 to 30 minutes. The Metro Stations are very convenient. withing 5 minutes from the hotel you have three metro lines Number 9, 3 and 8. You can go to many parts of Paris on those lines. This is more of a business area than a residential area. As a result, you don't have the typical Parisian Fromagerie, Boulangerie, etc. There are two chain mini markets one block away for basic stuff. There are several bars, cafes and Bistros as well as many restaurants you can walk to. The negative part of the hotel is the fact that the rooms are very small. Next time I will spend a bit more and get a double room, it will give me a tiny bit more space but still not enough to feel comfortable in it. You can hear all the noise from the hallways and other rooms. The soap bars for the rooms are really tiny. Bring your own soap bar. The breakfast is OK, just not great. The staff are all very nice and friendly and they try hard to please the guests.

Charmed from the very beginning! Received detailled instructions how to get to the hotel by public transport without having asked for it. Lovely, very helpful and motivated staff. The hotel is a real parisian beauty and location couldn't be better. Water kettle and coffee/tea provided in the room and a computer available in the lobby to print boarding passes, which was a very practical detail. Trying to think of an excuse to come back soon. Simply in love with this well run hotel.

Hotel Gramont has a great location near the opera, with many restaurants and shops just across the street. Our room for 4 people was big (in European standards) with 2 bathrooms and showers, which was great since we came with kids.
Breakfast was nice (only 7 euros for kids) and the staff is friendly and very helpful. We had a late check in at night and they made sure the room was ready for us and that the whole process will go fast so we can get the kids to sleep quickly.
The downsides: 1) Wi-Fi wasn't very stable, and sometimes low 2) low water pressure at one of the showers (if it was the only one in the room, that would have been upsetting) and the most important thing: 3) we heard everything from the window near the main bed, so we woke up with every motorcycle or car passing. At one night some french youngsters played very loud music from their car in the middle of night and danced, and the guy at reception actually went out to ask them to be quiet. So GREAT staff and prime location - but ask for a quiet room.

Room Tip: make sure you get a quiet room

Stayed 2 nights in September, great location with shops and restaurants in surrounding streets. Louve was only a short walk away as well as other attractions. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend staying here.

Just a one night stay in a single room. But very comfortable and fairly priced. Reception staff were so helpful and charming. Really kind. Room was well decorated and had good amenities. Singles are small for sure. Great location just a block or two from the very centre.

Room Tip: Get a double singles are small

I checked in for 2 nights for a combination business and pleasure trip. The hotel is older but perfectly comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Location close to metro and tourist areas. My room faced the street and wasn't noisy. I would definitely stay here again.
