It was wonderful experience to watch the Eiffel Tower with light from your hotel room. Hotel Mercure was very convenient location, beside the metro, and easy to go anywhere around Paris. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and were shocked to know that,
1) Only one small water bottle was provided to two of us for the whole stay. How can 2 people survive with one .5 litre water bottle for three days? When asked at the reception, they said extra water bottles are chargeable. It is a highly inhumane policy of your hotel which makes people starve for water, if not buy extra bottles from you.
2) The breakfast spread was very minimum for the price charged by you. Very few options to choose and very small plates to keep our food.
3) Our room was very small in size. We would barely walk and keep our bags on the floor. Except on the bed, one cannot sit anywhere else.
Overall, we are not satisfied with our stay at your hotel.

Dear Guests,

We are sorry to read that you're not completely satisfied about your stay. We follow brand recommendations and offer one water bottle
per day in each room. For more fresh drinks included, we propose our Privilege rooms.
We propose an american breakfast, some french specialities, fresh food salad.
Each Mercure hotel is different. It's the specifity of the brand, however all of them offered four stars hotel benefits.

Best regards.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Our room was right off of the elevator on the 2nd highest floor. It had a huge balcony, good sized bathroom, mini fridge, and safe. The room was pretty roomy for European standards. The staff was friendly and English speaking which was great.

The hotel is a half a mile from the Eiffel Tower, which we walked to daily, and one mile from the Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area, and the metro is literally right outside of the hotel. This location is a great value for your money.

A small, nice hotel in foot range from Eiffel, Trocadero. Very easily accessible with Metro line 6. A lot of nice small bistros, shops and a outdoor market in the road front and around.
The room is very cozy, extremely comfortable and super clean. An espresso machine is very handy, with 3 available flavours waiting for you.

I had a great night's sleep and enjoyed every moment of quietness. Very nice decoration as well. No problem with the wifi. In general, very smooth for check in and out.
I would definitely choose this hotel next time in city.

Room tip: Accessibility, quiet
