This is a nice hotel in a GREAT location. It is about 2 short blocks from the Eiffel Tower and around the corner from two Subway lines. The property is clean and attractive looking. The rooms are nice but small by American Standards. Still they were larger than the average European lodging. The beds were very comfty. There was no pool or spa. As noted they do nickel and dime you. Breakfast is not free (about $20 for adults but kids under 18 were free), the limited parking that they do have is about $30 per day (and if you go out and come back in, they start charging you again, therefore you can be charged $60 per day or more for parking - Ouch!), and if you want an Eiffel Tower View, you have to pay for that too (I think it was $30 per room pr night). Still we were happy to have the Eiffel Tower View Rooms, as it was great to go to bed and wake up and see this beautiful landmark. Despite the pettiness of the place, we did enjoy our stay there.

Room Tip: Although we did rent a car in Paris, in retrospect it really was not necessary as the Paris Metro System is excellent and it will save you on the very costly parking.

We stayed 2 nights, all vacation for me and partly business for my partner. The hotel is modern looking and situated very close to the Eiffel Tower, Seine River, and the Paris Metro. Free wifi. You pay to have breakfast included in your room rate. Not a luxe hotel, but not 'budget' level either.

Arrived today 7/31/12. Great location close to the metro and tower. Arrived early and expected to leave bags while exploring and waiting to check in. Confirmed reservation with desk staff whom stated the room was ready and able to check in. What a nice surprise! very pleasant staff. Room was clean, nice bedding and yes small but that is to be expected in Europe. Hotel free from odor and walkways clean. Definately recommend! Booked through hotels.com and received fair price. Lovely hotel!

If you are looking for a 4 star hotel this is not it. It is at best a good 3 star, with limited service.
Negatives are poor housekeeping, who did not leave us any towels on the second day. Bathrooms are module type, small toilets, with plastic walls. Bottle water is only provided on the day of arrival. No bell boy service. Lobby toilets require a key to access them
Breakfast is good and kids eat free. Location is very close to the Eiffel tower.

Myself,my husband and my 3 year old boy recently stayed at this hotel for 1 night,The location is excellent its a 2 minute walk from the eiffel tower which u can see very clearly from the hotel it is also very close to nice restaurants. There is a good variety for breakfast and the hotel is very clean,my only complaints was that there was no bed linen on the bed setee that my son was sleepin on and when we stayed here it was 30 degrees but there was only a very thick winter quilt on the bed which made it a very sleepless night also the room was extremely small so im glad we were only there for 1 night,I would stay at this hotel again but not for more than 1 night.
