Our stay was okay. Most of the staff were very nice except one. There was a woman, with dark hair who had an attitude! The rest of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. She made fun of my pronunciations of French words and lied to us about when our room would be ready. I try very hard to be polite when we visit other countries and this woman made it very hard to stay nice. We arrived early in the morning, tired from our long flight. We asked if there was somewhere we could get something to eat. She proceeded to tell us that no restaurants were open at that hour. The hotel serves breakfast and charges for it. We would have been happy to stay at the hotel and eat. She never offered that. When I asked where we could get a cup of coffee and a croissant, she sent us down the street. We left after we were told the room would be ready by 1:00. We toured around the neighborhood and had lunch and showed up at the hotel again, exhausted, at 1:00 and were told our room wouldn't be ready until 2:00. When I asked about the time she told me I made a mistake! She pretended not to know which museum I was talking about when I asked about the "Orsay" not the d'Orsay. Sorry!!
