We booked here on a recommendation of a friend who had stayed here in the past. It was a very cute and charming hotel. The decor was a combination of new and old and it really added to the Parisian atmosphere. The staff was incredible and put up with our attempts at French and also spoke in English to help us out. The breakfast was really good--mostly the usual foods you'd find, croissants, pastries, cereal, coffee, juice.
The location was great, too. Lots of cafes and shops nearby, and a nice 20 minute walk to the Louvre and Tuileries.
The only thing that made things a bit more difficult was the noise. There's a restaurant across the street that got a lot of traffic and then there was some construction going on down the street that seemed to start early and work late.
Other than that it was fantastic!More
