Booked to stay at this hotel and received a confirmation e-mail from the hotel. We e-mailed them to tell them that our flight did not arrive until 9 o'clock at night. When we arrived thay had given our room away to someone else. No apology, no offer of another hotel, just a shrug of the shoulders!!
The manager even asked me to see his inbox, claiming that he had never received our e-mail. I asked to see his deleted mail and he flat refused.... I rang home and sent a copy of the e-mail showing when and at what time sent, once again a shrug of the shoulders. Left us stranded in the middle of paris at 11pm.
