The hotel is walking distance to the metro. There is a cinema, carrefour and MAC nearby.Rooms were ok but quite basic and small for 2 people with 2 suitcase. No toiletries provided, if you need a hairdryer you need to leave your passport. Breakfast was basic with no fruits.

If you are after simple accommodation to explore Paris, this hotel is more than suitable. The room was small as expected with the bathroom being sufficient. The beds were comfortable enough. WIFI connection was better than average for hotels we stayed at throughout Europe. 10 minutes walk to train for access to Paris centre. Breakfast was of a decent standard.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. This hotel was part of our tour and although it was not a personal choice, we found it to be very comfortable and amongst the hotels we’ll definitely stay again. It is located in the 19th Arrondissement, obviously farther away from the city centre, nonetheless the b&b is close to many restaurants, parks and very accessible to the metro station. It takes at most 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Porte de Lilas Metro Station, and less than an hour commute to the city centre. The two twin rooms which we had were tiny, there isn’t much space to move around especially if you have a lot of stuff. This I believe is the usual size of economy hotel rooms in Paris. Despite this, the rooms are clean and comfortable, you only need to plan your packing well.

We visited during the autumn season and as expected, the air-conditioning has been turned off, like most hotels in Europe! It was stuffy and the best option for better ventilation was to open the windows, it worked just fine, no outside noise at all. We had a typical breakfast, nothing really special, food is pretty decent.

Overall, I recommend staying here, even more so if you’re driving around Europe, as it is easier to get to the city centre commuting and exiting towards the express highways without having to think about driving thru heavy traffic.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of our expat tour and the hotel was very nice. A bit far from city Center and the trIn station was a bit of a walk away from the hotel. The room was small but that is what we expected in Paris. The room was very clean but there was no way to make coffee in the room so you had to wait until breakfast to get a coffee. There were no face cloths in the room but as we found out, that is very common in Europe - so bring something with you. I had disposable face cloths. Breakfast was very good as you had hot and cold choices. The pastries were very good.

Please avoid this hotel. It’s so sad that in Paris you can still be able to find such a bad accommodation. You probably will be better off in a hostel. For 200 euros for 3 nights there are so many better options.

No tea/coffee in the room. You think not important? Trust me, when u back after long day and can’t even make yourself a cup of tea, it sucks. Come on! How much does it cost to put a kettle in?! At least one for everyone to use. Rubbish vending machine downstairs that sells disgusting sweet mint tea for 2.5 Euro and water for 2,5 Euro (which is more expensive than in centre). So sad. And when it broke, the only option was offered-to but small water for 2.5 Euro and heat it up in microwave!!

Promised “English breakfast” means scrambled eggs and some streaky bacon, that’s it.. every day..Croissants, yogurts and cereals, but no fruits or ham or anything like that.

Staff is pretty rude and can’t be bothered.

Tv only French, not a single English one. Even in Egypt you would get better facilities. Menu for dinner in French too..I mean it’s a hotel! U will get people from different countries, give us some options!!

Room feels like a box, no place to put your suitcase, no safe, tiny wardrobe. One socket next to bed and another one far away, so forget about charging and using phone at same time. No phone in the room, not a single leaflet like what to do where to go.. All little things that matter.
When we arrived floor was dirty and curtains were pulled off the rails so we had to fix them.

No shower gels or shampoo! Ugly dirty clogged up soap dispenser, that’s all.
Bed seem to be clean, but that’s pretty much it.

Spend your money somewhere else people (and there r better places for same money), because this hotel is not interested in your comfort.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.

Sincerely,
