Description: Máncora Cebicheria offers you a culinary trip inspired of Máncora, coastal resort located in the north of Peru, city of surf and cebiche. Cebiche is a dish of raw fish marinated in lime juice, based on four key pillars: fresh fish, green lime, red onion and Peruvian spices. The fresh fish is cut in dices and marinates in a different “leche de tigre” varying each cebiche proposed. Máncora Cebicheria also revisits traditional Peruvian dishes, such as octopus with Peruvian olive, anticuchos and causa, in the form of tapas to share.

If you like Peruvian ceviche this is the place to go to. Fish is very fresh, beautifully presented. Octopus especially is perfectly cooked and very tender. Of course you have to like spicy and sour food to enjoy this kind of cuisine. They have pisco sour, of course, and it's delicious! (Maybe a little expensive). Try the lucuma (a fruit from the Andes) mousse as dessert, it's incredible!!

Not knowing where to go. The reviews led me there. This place is a gem. From the starters of crab , salmon or gambas.. the cebuche with tuna or lieu noir and finally the desert of mousse de lucuma, i went from good to excellent to better. Great food, raw and cooked seafood. The chef Martin' s creativity with beetroot, cauliflower, potato and manioc or very fresh fish and the team' excellent service has a great potential. This is what a Michelin star should look and taste like! At a very reasonnable price. Thank you all for a wonderful evening!!!

Mancora is an awesome place, the kind of place that deserves a Michelin star in the "hole in the wall" category.
The place is very small, nine tables outdoor and another six inside. No reservations. Get there early or you will be disappointed.
The staff is super friendly, perfect service in perfect Spanish/French/English. The atmosphere is very convivial ... tables are close and people are happy to chat with whoever happens bit sit at the next table.
The menu is fairly limited but everything is awesome. A typical meal is one hot tapas and one ceviche. Enough for most people.
The tapas selection is outstanding ...salmon, octopus or prawns. All fantastic, the taste is out of this world. €10.
For ceviche I recommend the Nikkei tuna (wasabi flavored) and the dos de lieu noir in different versions ... spicy (just a bit), mango, ... the combination of flavors are just mind blowing. €10-16.
If you still have space, try the mousse de Lucama (Inka fruit) for dessert. Another addition to exotic flavors for most Parisiens.
The drink selection is again short but perfectly adequate. The local favorite appeared to be Pisco Sour. Wine list is short by good, two choices of white or red by the glass and 5-6 by the bottle.
Overall an excellent experience (my third time), starting from the flavors and the exceptional quality of the food to the ambiance and the service not forgetting the superb value for money.

The menu is short but the dishes look and taste amazing. It may seem strange to eat Peruvian food in Paris, but it made a nice change for a light unusual lunch.

This small and very popular restaurant is heavily influenced by Peruvian ceviche but has invented its own interpretation of this dish. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Service was fast and very friendly. The menu is limited to tapas and ceviche. As an appetizer we ordered gambas tapas served with a type of potato pancake. For the main dish I opted for vegetarian ceviche which sounds impossible to concoct, but the finely shredded vegetables in a lime dressing were delicious. My companion had the traditional ceviche which was also excellent. For dessert we had panna cotta. With a bottle of wine, the total was approximately €82 which was rather high for the small portions served.
