You can really relax here in one of the spacious suites complete with basic kitchen facilities, jacuzzi and outdoor balcony!
Beautiful facilities and amenities, including a small gym and large outdoor relaxation balcony, located at the Ile de Gua lock on the Canal de la Robine, about 15 minutes leisurely walk along the canal side into central Narbonne!

Always wonderful staff!
Excellent housekeeping, reception and breakfast staff!

This is the second stay we have enjoyed here - we come from Australia and stay here for several days before heading off for a week on a canal barge on the Canal du Midi.

Hotel was expensive and miles from the city centre. The dishes in the kitchenette were dirty on arrival. Overall service was poor. There are no curtains or shades between room and deck so the light from the next room shone through all night. The bed was comfortable.

Set on the canal du midi all rooms have superb views over the canal and the garden
Rooms are all spacious with huge balconies to sit out in the sun
Excellent resteraunt , Michelin star chef, in the grounds
Lionel was incredibly helpful as we had to find a bike shop for some repairs

Room Tip: Room 307 best in the hotel

lovely staff. Tequila the bird in reception drove me a bit mad but was a cute quirky addition. breakfast was excellent. the rooms were wonderful. the balcony although never gets cleaned. the restaurant food was very average and overpriced. i would suggest a short wander into town where the food is very good quality and more interesting than what the chef does at Clarion
the town is about a 15 minute pleasant walk down the canal. we hired bikes and that was a great idea to see the town and cycle into the smaller surrounding villages. its all very flat. but just watch out for the wind...

Room Tip: any room would be good. the larger suites are lovely.

Very comfortable room, spa in the room was a plus as was the huge, private balcony. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. Reception was very helpful, but closes for lunch and door is locked. Make sure you have a phone number to call if you arrive at lunch time. Easy walk along canal to centre of Narbonne, about 20 minutes. Hotel is quiet, best option for budget dining is in the city centre, attached but independent restaurant is up-market. Tequila the macaw is a scream.
