Spent one night on a business trip. Hotel location is excellent and staff were all welcoming and helpful. The hotel isn't too big and the bedroom was comfortable but defintely overpriced for the overall quality of the hotel, which is about a 4 star. The bar is OK and I found the staff again very pleasant. The breakfast had a good buffet selection. This is defintely a business hotel and probably most companies don't mind paying the high rate but despite that, I would stay again.

we booked as a package so it was good value. Not worth the advertised prices if full price paid though. The hotel is rated 5 stars but should really be 4 stars max.
the location was excellent, right in the centre of town and very quiet as our room was facing a large inside "courtyard"
The hotel's staff were very helpfull and friendly.
There were llittle details missing in the room, like no coat hangers near the door entrance, nowhere to hang towels near the bathroom sink and no safe in the room although there is a possiblity to use one at the reception.
Overall a very pleasant stay but the hotel could be improved with only some small details....
I would recommend staying in this hotel.

Average but just has not grown up in a decade. Its taking business travellers for granted. Food too expensive and dull. Room at the back of the hotel was quiet enough. Bed was comfortable. Overall I just felt let down by the place. The croquet monsieur I had as a snack at the bar was terrible.

This hotel has everything it should have - it just doesn't add up to a cohesive whole. Check -in took 25 minutes with only one receptionist answering external and internal telephone calls as well as dealing with a long line of waiting guests. The rooms are perfectly nice but the lighting inadequate. If you're hoping for soft fluffy towels you'll be disappointed with the sand paper quality of the ones in my room. If after a long journey you are looking forward to a relaxing night with the in house movie selection - make sure you bring a good book - it wasn't working. The Club Lounge breakfast was spectacular in it's paucity, probably the worst I've ever seen. Oh, and the wifi enjoyed several outages. The staff are perfectly nice and try to help but their authority seems to be limited and the conversation I had with the "Duty Manager" was, well, let's just say, "unhelpful". It is a great location though and the beds are great!

Room Tip: Many rooms face an internal courtyard.

Booked this hotel with 4 friends for a rugby weekend away and we were not disappointed. The hotel is situated on the main square and pretty central for shops, restaurants etc. The rooms were spacious, beds magnificent and staff very helpful. The hotel does not have a car park but uses a public car park underneath the square - they will park your car & collect it for you (cost of parking is 22 Euros per 24 hours). Would happily stay there again.

Booked a much needed weekend away in Toulouse. The Crowne Plaza was bang smack in the middle of the bustling Toulouse town centre. Being the Christmas season, the Christmas market was just starting, right on the door step. Perfect! Our room was wonderful. Huge king size bed, free coffee, water, chocolates. Lots of pillows and some wonderful sleeping scents to nodd off to. Helped brillantly. The room faced the internal courtyard and was nice a quiet. The "American" style breakfast left a bit to be desired. Scrambled eggs were very runny, and the bacon overdone, stuck to continental breakfast instead which was plentyful. Nice bar with piano. Very strange full size horse statue in hallway with lamp on it's head!!! not sure what that was about, either have a nice lamp or a statue of a horse - not a good idea to combine the two. Staff very helpful and attentive. Would recommend and stay again.

Room Tip: Ask for room facing the internal courtyard, nice and quiet

Very good city centre hotel in prime position in Toulouse. Business like bedrooms in modern style. Good value restaurant. Parking opposite when you can find the entrance!
