I stay here for two night. In this time there was noone who speak english, I have eaven problem to pay, because they don't know how to explain me some things. They don't have bar, so if you want to bay something you need to go in town.
Otherwise, room was clean, spot was quiet and u have 24/7 protected parking.
Been there ones and it was enough for me.

Gonna write in English.
The place was clean and comfy, but the service was strange and double sided.
On one side they weren't ready for check-in at the time, asking us to get back within an our, and again not ready I'd had to ask a room change (would have been easier to do it in first istance).
On the other side they were kind to hold our baggage twice: between the two check-ins on the first day, and during the morning of the second day while we were at the beautiful market of Aix.
So the vote is 6,5 out of 10.

Room Tip: Being more fast in cleaning the room.

We stayed here for one night and it was fine to wash and sleep. The room was adequate and had a kitchenette which we tried to use for breakfast but the smoke alarm kept going off so we gave up.

It's a little far out from the main centre of Aix-en-Provence - took us about 45 minutes to walk and getting a taxi home was a little painful as it was just so busy, we ended up going to a bar and getting them to order us one.

Free parking was handy too.

The room was not so clean, had to put a bowl on the floor because there was water out of the air conditioning, the shower is an extension of the bathroom so when you want to go at the bathroom at night, the floor is slippery. There'a fridge and a microwave oven. Wi-fi is only working in part of the room. You have to stand up near the door room to have it... Not impress by this hotel but the girl at the reception was cute and very kind.

Room Tip: room 1 sucks ask to change room

It's OK if you are driving and don't want to get in a busy city center where parking is not easy to find. Rooms are OK considering they have a kitchen. A bit old and the bed is not very comfortable. Also the breakfast is overpriced. Staff is friendly. We only stayed one night and I would come back but not for longer stays.
