Cheap and good solution to visit the city.
The hotel is situated close to the center, but not in a really nice area.
In 15 mins walking you can reach the main attractions.
The rooms are simple and the bed small (like everywhere in France), but the overall experience was ok.
Really nice the possibility to leave the car in the private park, even if you had already done the checkout.

At first the room seems small, but it doesn't have anything wrong, good shower, bed, closet. staff also good. Wifi spotty, but good in lobby. The hotel is either quaint or old depending on what you want to pay for.

Only stayed here for one night passing through Avignon. The hotel is in a great location and is a beautiful old building which could really have the 'wow' factor if it had a makeover. Our ground floor bedroom was very 'tired' with only a hand shower and no fitting to hang the shower head over the bath tub. The bidet was right in the corner with a cupboard in front of it, so it was not easy to access! However, the breakfast was good, with individual cafetieres being a nice touch and the parking behind the hotel was very secure. It is the sort of hotel which could be fabulous with some TLC. Fine for a single night's stay, but would not wish to stay longer - I did not 'look forward' to going back to my bedroom in the evening!

Stayed here for a week, and enjoyed it. People sometimes expect the earth, but if you go with the flow you'll enjoy the experience. Yes, the room we had was a little smaller than expected, no, we couldn't get Wi-Fi in the room, but ten yards away, in reception, we could. Someone commented that breakfast was expensive at 9 Euros, but the cheapest we found outside was 7.50 Euros. In the hotel it's a free buffet so you can eat all you want. The free parking was a big bonus, always managed to get in, although I would be wary in the summer as there aren't that many spaces. The staff are fabulous, as you would expect in a family run hotel, and they all speak good English We asked for a quiet room, which we got, overlooked the garden at the rear. Excellent!

Room tip: Room at the rear is best.
