I enjoy going to open markets and looking at local produce and such. This market is nice. It is nestled in Cannes and has a nice vibe. Most of the stalls seem to pretty much have the same thing but who cares! A very nice place to browse.

Usual French style of a closed/ semi open market. It also has quite a few restaurants lining one side. Be mindful however that these do close for a few hours between "lunch" and the evening. Just off the townhall.

My wife and I had already visited a number of markets in the area and we found this very similar to all of those. That said, they all have lovely rural atmospheres, the sights and smells are lovely but we didn't find the prices to what we would have expected of locally sourced produce.

Stunning atmosphere. Nice to walk through it and enjoy the colours and smells. Open only during the morning. Fruit and typical food and products from Provence and Côte d'Azur. Prices are very high. Forget good bargains.
