I concur with previous comments, that the reception/lobby is unimpressive and soul-less - it is not conducive for relaxing and enjoying a drink from the bar. Also bedroom was small and lacking storage space. However, having said these things, I would recommend this hotel as it is well located, just a short walk from the sea front, main shopping area and town centre. It is spotlessly clean. Bedroom was comfortable although small. Breakfast was good with variety and replenished frequently - especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs and eggs to boil oneself. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Nice coffee. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Did not try spa facilities so cannot comment but they looked expensive even with favourable exchange rate.

Room Tip: First floor.

The overall is a great hotel at less than 15 min walking from the Palais des Festivals.

F&B:
- Bar: easy access as in the lobby section with a complete Drinks menu offer.
-Breakfast: Daily fresh buffet with a various offer including fresh squeezed orange juice.
-Room Mini Bar: Overpriced

Room:
-Sound profing : not the best: sound heard from the street & from neighbours & commin part.
-Design: Great cocooning room
-Bed: You will fall asleep easily in this comfy bed & blanket!!!
-Bathroom: Pratical & Good looking bathroom with... Hair Dryer! Just make sure that the Cleaning team add more than one towel!!!!!!

-Wifi: (due to the flooding the city was entirely suffering on network coverage) : normally free wifi anywhere in the hotel

-Spa & Gym: too expensive. The gym should be given free access to hotel guests!!!!

-Laundry: no laundry on site it will be sent to an external company... 24hrs even to iron a shirt. Bad point

-Car park: on site very good in an hectic city

-Access: easy access from Nice airport (30 min), 10 min walking from the beach & rue d'Antibes, 5 min walking from the railway station.

Off the beaten track (and perhaps on the wrong side of them too!) is quiet little Hotel Cezanne. It's actually quite well located and we had the most delightfully quiet room - spacious and comfortable. Great bedding and pillows, towels could be better (just my "thing"). All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice breakfast and pleasant lobby. Access to a private beach was a great experience. On the down-side (and this is probably not the hotel's fault but they should know) - the standard of care in the Spa is terrible. In the land of "Beaute" I had the worst massage and manicure ever and not cheap either. They do promote spa packages so should look at the standard.

Room Tip: Garden suite 107 - comfy and quiet - could hear school kids from the bathroom only.

The stay here was not bad. However we were in a hurry during our check out. My husband and I were in Cannes for a wedding and when we packed up he forgot his brand new PRADA button up. We called the hotel immediately when we realized. We were told nothing was found but to call in the morning to speak with the management who is also in charge and can see who cleaned the room that day. That says that either the staff that cleaned the room didnt really clean the room allowing the next guest to take it....or that the staff steals things. All is really unacceptable for hotel etiquette. I spoke with the manager he seemed to be of little accommodating help acting he didnt know and the shirt just disappeared into thin air. He should have offered to have a word with his staff but just goes to show the honesty of the staff to for future reference I would never stay again.

Super friendly front desk. Rooms are very small but good standard. Quite close to the main street. Small breakfast , better to go utside and eat. AC works good in the room. There's no disturbing sound from outside and it's quiet in the hotel.
Overal ok hotel but to expensive.

We stayed here for one night and we enjoyed it. Coustomer service was great by all the staff. The breakfast was very delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice and pancakes. and the rooms clean. The hotel is central, beach, shopping area is about a 10 minute walk away.
