Apartment was a good size, in a quiet setting and on the ground floor which meant we had gardens we could enjoy.
Beach was 15 mins walk away and the town around 10 mins walk so it was a great location.
The apartment was very well equipped with most things you would ever need - one thing it was lacking was a BBQ which we would have used as we had evenings in the apartment due to our 2 year old daughter. Was good to have some toys at the apartment too.
We would consider visiting again.

This rental has everything and more inside, toys, highchairs, travelbeds, cushions, brochures, shopping trolly you name it, its in the house. Its very cozy, perhaps a little crowded with furniture but we could very comfortably stay there with 4 adults and two small children. The pool nearby was great for kids and adults. The beach, where you can rent sunbeds is a short walk away. Great beach! Juan Les Pins is a great town, and you can take a little train (Les petit train) or the fast train to nearby Antibes with food market, art market and antiques market. Antibes is a little more crowded but great shops and markets. You can walk to town, beach, supermarket and baker from this rental (not very close but close enough for even our 3 year old to walk). This place was great for our kids (3 months and 3 years) as the house had everything we needed, the 3 year old could splash in a kiddie pool in the garden (we brought our own), he could play at the nearby playground (by the beach) which was excellent and of cause he loved the beach itself. Late June was very hot though, a bit too hot for kids and elderly who does not tolerate heat well, but as long as we took it into account and stayed at the beach only from 9-11 am it was great. If you bring your own linen remember to bring a floor mat for the bathroom as it gets very wet. Only thing I missed was mosquito nets on the doors - we were eaten alive by the mosquitos and had to close all doors in the afternoon which made it VERY hot, we could have used the air con but I do not like wasting electricity and would have preferred to have open doors at night with a gentle breeze to keep us comfortable.
