This hotel is in an excellent location with the beach to the front and the high street to the rear of the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean and had a lovely outside veranda. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had a lovely week exploring the coastline from beautiful Menton.

We had an amazing time in hotel Balmoral. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They gave us great sea view room and were very helpful with some direction advice by printing train & bus timetables to the nearby touristic places and towns. Also the food was great during breakfast, I especially liked the fresh fruits and the outside sitting area. Thank you very much for making our stay unforgettable at Menton!

Pleasant hotel in nice location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast with option to have it outside. Clean, comfortable room with balcony and plenty of wardrobe / drawer / shelf space
Lift not working, making access difficult for one of our group.

Overall a very pleasant experience, staff were very accommodating & helpful.
Half board, meals good, although if I was being over critical some of the vegetables were slightly over cooked on some dishes but that’s really the only minor niggle.

A warm, friendly welcome by the reception staff. They were also so helpful and went out of their way to assist with any queries.
Very clean and stylish hotel .
The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious for a couple (double comfort).
It was a little noisy at night as we had a city room so we could hear people in the street outside however I would definitely not let this put me off returning!
Buffet breakfast was great and plenty to choose from and good value we thought.
I would recommend a stay!
