Hotel has good location within a walking distance to the beach. It's relatively easy to find a free parking space nearby. The reception staff is very friendly and could give you some local advice. The was small but comfortable. The hotel is located at the main street however there is no need to worry about the noise at night. It's a great option to stay in a picturesque Menton.
Stayed here for a week in July. Hotel is what you can expect from a two-star hotel I guess. Host is very nice but do not speak much English. The rooms are OK and the location is great; close to the beach, about 15 min walk to old town of Menton and 7 min walk to train station where you can easily go to Nice, Monaco or Italy.
Super happy with thia hotel! We stayed here and travelled into Monaco for the day via the train which only took about 15 minutes. Train station is very close to the hotel and tickets were cheap.
Hotel had everything..free parking, breakfast, was clean, comfy beds and we had a brand new large modern bathroom. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach and you can walk along the promenade to the main town Menton, along the way plenty of bars and cafes.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay very much and glad we picked here!

Menton is a convenient place from which to visit the Côte d'Azur, with rail and bus services to Nice, which has the second or third largest airport in France. This hotel is located 250 meters from the sea, with restaurants and coffee shops all along the street, and yet provides for a quiet stay.
This hotel is simple, pleasant, and always impeccably clean. Free wifi is available in the lounge and breakfast room, but also in the rooms. The friendly owner makes visitors feel at ease, and can give useful tips about Menton and the Côte d'Azur.
So close to the centre of town, and only a couple of minutes' walk from the sea, this privately owned and operated hotel is certainly one of the best values on the Côte d'Azur!
Clean and comfortable hotel with air conditioning. Close to the beach and station. Adequate breakfast for the price, bread, croissants, jams etc . Would definitely visit again if in the area. Owner was very friendly and helpful.
