As always BW is consistent with quality. The staff at this location were exceptional. I will mention Roberto as we dealt with him the most.

We went to Menton on a recommendation from a friend looking online we looked for a hotel the best western seemed to get regular good reviews so we booked for 5 nights
To be honest was not expecting to much but so surprised by the room which was perfect for a city stay very large bed and comfy breakfast was very good my favourite item was squeeze your own orange juice which at luxury 5star hotels have not seen before it was a very central hotel walking distance for restaurants bars the beach train station and bus station the one negative thing was that on our departure we ask the hotel reception to order us a taxi to the bus station to catch a bus to the airport
The bus station literally was a 3/4 min ride the clock should €10.30 but the driver asked for €17.00 which when I questioned the amount the driver did not understand me very convenient I was going to mark down the hotel for this but I trust the manager of the hotel will talk to the taxi company as the last impressions can form your future choices
Room tip: If you have light bags walk to the bus station

We always stop at this Hotel going out and returning from on our Annual trip to Italy and it never disappoints.
Staff are very helpful and accommodating.
Good rooms and comfy beds(on our return we got an upgrade to a King Suite which was fab).
Food: Breakfast was pleasant to suit most needs ,we did not dine there as we meet up with friends from Monaco ,there is a lovely roof Terrace with a bar a bar food available such as Charcutier. The views from this terrace are give a panoramic view of Menton and the mountains .
Location is perfect and every where is walkable down to the beach, harbour and Promenade restaurants and bars.
Parking under the hotel (13.5 euors daily) can be challenge if you have a large car but staff very helpful. Great location
Room tip: Book the car parking in advance.

Great location close to the old town and seafront. The customer service that we received, from Salome in particular, was outstanding. My husband required mobility assistance while we were there and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return. Thank you!
