This is a clean hotel with courteous staff. However, be prepared that not all rooms are the same. We had a group of 33 people whose rooms ranged from mid sized to small to VERY small. Showers also ranged from Norma to 2’ squares (don’t drop the soap). Two outlets per room mean you should pack a power cord.

Dear guest,
Thank you for taking the time reviewing your stay in our hotel. All our rooms meet 3 star-hotels standards, yet, some rooms are bigger than the others. We are sorry you did not enjoy that part of your stay. Concerning the towels, we could have given you more at the reception.
Best regards.
The reception.

Location is very convenient.for visiting the area as part of a group tour (parking for bus was required).

Dining - breakfast buffet was excellent. there were plenty of choices and everything was very fresh. There is also an outdoor back patio with tables/chairs... nice to eat outside.

The hotel lobby was small. The elevator wasn't working so the trip up to the 4th floor and back to the lobby at checkout wasn't pleasant. Staff did help a few of us with bags but most of us were on our own. Also... BEWARE... the lights in the stairway go out. if you are climbing stairs at night, I suggest you keep a phone or flashlight handy. the lights went out and I was in the pitch black until I could find a doorway.

Rooms - mixed bag. The beds were comfortable and pillows were good. Wifi was good. There was no deadbolt or safety lock on the door... some noise in the hall made me uncomfortable so I figured out how to jam the acrylic information tent under the door to use as a door stop. The bathroom was very clean but no plugs in the bathroom. Had to set up in the full-length mirror in the bedroom to do makeup/hair. See picture - hair dryers was very old fashioned and was mounted next to the bed. Other outlets were good... plenty of them and including USB plugs.

We stayed here the night of a EuroCup match and were pleased with our experience. The hotel is a 10 minute easy walk to the stadium, our room was clean and quite large, and the bed was actually very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we slept very well. For the price, the breakfast in the morning was adequate. We even enjoyed a few beers on the grapevine covered patio in the afternoon. We had no complaints other than wishing the windows opened. The staff were very helpful and professional.

The price you pay for a room is in no relation to what you get. The room was sooo tiny you could barely move. The bathroom is like a little closet. In the shower you could not even turn yourselve without ripping the curtain open. Also you have to pay extra for the breakfast. The breakfast is really poor. They didn't even have eggs.

We stayed here as part of a tour so the accommodation was all booked for us. I would not stay here at all!! The rooms were the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel, barely enough room for the bed and our suitcases. The bathroom was awful and the water from the tap and shower smelt really bad. The shower was broken so had to ask to get it fixed. The air con was very noisy and old. The service was not great. Plenty of other hotels to chose from so stay away from this one.
