This is an excellent family-run hotel, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and public transport (€1 on the bus to Monte Carlo). Small, only 9 rooms so book early! All rooms are on the ground floor so good for old folk but there are steps up to the building. We had a room that looked out on the lovely and peaceful garden. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the garden

Great location, small, and rooms on the ground floor are a bit noisy. But a charming hotel in general, and a beautiful garden. The owner was sweet and very accommodating. Good location in the city as well.

Stayed here for 2 nights over a long weekend. Had been a bit uncertain after looking on Google street view, but don't be put off! Behind the understated entrance is a warm welcome, and a lovely garden.

Room was fairly small, but opened out onto the garden, which would have been even better in warmer weather. Breakfast was standard continental style: bread, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, croissants, orange juice and coffee. Staff were very friendly - gave us tea and coffee on arrival, and also brought us hot drinks when we came back slightly cold and wet the following afternoon.

Location was great - 2 blocks back from the Promenade, and an easy walk into the old town, and also only about 10 mins' walk to the train station. Would happily stay here again next time I'm in Nice!

We stayed at the Nice Garden hotel for 1 night.

The room was extremely spacious and had the old style charm! Breakfast was excellent.

It is a family run hotel where you are see 3 generations working together. Extremely courteous owners and very helpful. Will recommend it.
