A great location at the port side, very clean and good facilities, well maintained. We had to deduct points for the hot part of the breakfast, although a great continental spread, the hot food was dull, cold sausages, cold scrambled eggs. Overall a good choice for a weekend break.

Perfect location and fantastic service. The hotel was in a convenient location right on the port and all of them employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was really nice and freshly updated.

Good location, easy to get to, near to many restaurants and bars.
The room was large, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was nicely designed with a large shower and plenty of storage space.
The restaurant was disappointing. Good selection at breakfast but the rest of the time there was only pizza or salad. Absolutely nothing else at all.
The roof-top pool was small; the nearby gym was poorly quipped. I only used them once.
Overall I thought this was poor value for money and I would not stay here again.

Just incompetent and on occasion rude!
A huge fiasco trying to add an extra nights stay on check in. Took far too long for the member of staff to grasp! Maybe we just got the worst employee!! Then on departure tried to charge one of our rooms with a food order. Didn’t have room service, then when my friend checked out the following day they attempted the charge again!! When asked for proof having said it was signed for they acquiesced! So they then removed the charge.
It’s an expensive establishment, especially the price of a junior suite. They have a pool, more of a large plunge pool and a pool bar that was closed because of lack of staff! The location is good if you want the port but there are others hotels cheaper and better in the vicinity.
