This restaurant was AMAZING. I would recommend calling a week or so in advance to get a table at this small intimate restaurant. The service, the time between courses, the wine, and the food were all spectacular. for the "entree" (starter) I ordered the foie gras maison (prepared in house) and it came with a small salad and fig jam. The taste was unbelievable. My boyfriend had poached egg with a creamy sauce and mini shrimps (mini shrimps is not a good translation, but it is difficult to translate all of the food). He said it was "super, magnifique, la meilleure entrée que j'ai manger au restaurant" (the best entree he has eaten in a restaurant). For the plat principal (main dish) I had the scallops in a cream sauce with mashed potatoes. They were cooked perfectly and practically melted in my mouth. My boyfriend had the Magret Canard (duck) He said the texture and consistency was great. And for dessert I had creme brulee a la chartreuse. It had just the perfect amount of chartreuse taste. My only small completely minor complaint was that the sugar on top was not burned to my liking. And benoit had the mille-feuille frambroise witch was tastey as well. ANd at the end we digested with a shot of genepie which is the alcohol made of plants that is slightly less strong than chartrese. This was a great food experience, and I believe we will be returning
