Stayed for a week as a family of 4 - the hotel location is away from the centre and the historical bits, which is fine as the metro station is very close by, but it does mean you have to make an effort to get that old-world france feel. The lumiere square has a very nice restaurant and some shops nearby. We used the kitchen ALOT and everything was clean and serviceable. The reception staff were very nice.
The rooms themselves were clean and modern and the one we had had a balcony with chairs and tables. The sofabed was the NOISIEST contraption i've ever slept on, but that might be sofabeds in general. They didn't clean for the duration of our stay (that costs extra) and rubbish bags were available from reception - this could have been better explained up front but wasn't really an issue. The TV only has French stations (you usually at least get BBC world!) but the Wifi was reliable and we could stream from our laptops. Would have been nice to be able to plug into the TV as we have in other hotels.More
