Room was unbearably hot at night; we were miserable. While we were out of the room during the day, we left a key to keep it running and it was fine. At ~2100, the AC system is automatically programmed to allow less air and by midnight, it was unbearable. We had to sleep with a wide open window, grateful for the occasional puff of cool air, but still not sleeping because of the noise in the street of people hanging out, loudly talking, and sirens from emergency vehicles. By the time that all died down, we could sleep for a few hours-albeit on very flat pillows-until the birds started chirping loudly at daybreak.

It's a shame to have to leave this review but we don't want anyone to suffer as we did. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean, we did not have the breakfast but the coffee at the desk was very good.

The A/C has been broken since I got here 3 days ago and the room is stuffy and hot. I've overhead other guests complain of this as well. But now this happened:
I came back to my from breakfast this morning, where I had left the do not disturb sign on the door, to find that someone had entered my room and locked the window (which I had signed a waiver to have unlocked the day before due to the broken A/C). Another guest told me that "two men" had opened her door while she was IN THE SHOWER to evict her 3 hours before checkout! What kind of criminal behavior is this??? I'm going through my bags to make sure everything is still there!!
Ended up demanding and receiving a refund for my the rest of my booking, and 20% off the nights I stayed so far, no cancellation fee. The manager was quite professional and nice about it, I wish I could say the same for the rest of my experience. And the lady at the reception? I'm pretty sure she is the same one every other review talks about. She doesn't mind laughing to your face and seems to only be concerned with when her next smoke break is.
Avoid this place like the plague. I immediately moved next door to the Hampton Inn by Hilton for about 20 euro more. So far there is no comparison.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is ok, there are free parking places in front of the house.
The breakfast was good.
The hotel was clean and comfortable.
There is supermarket in the near. To reach the downtown is about 10 min by car.
