Location is not desirable if you would like to visit town but we were here to visit friends so it's all right. The museum style hotel has its own character but when it comes to practicality it may become a bit annoying. For example, the bedside table (only one side of the bed has it) in my room was a painted old petrol container which was too small to be functional. The bathroom was quite small with minimal amenities. The room was also badly lit so reading was a big difficulty at night. There was a terrace in our room but there was no view so it wasn't very useful. Breakfast was okay but staff was friendly. Free parking was another plus but the corridors leading to the rooms make you feel like you are living in a dorm.

The hotel was amazing, it was so modern clean and quirky - it has like a bus theme! The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean, light and airy! Free ice cream on arrival and as for breakfast - what a selection! No complaints there. A 5 minute walk to the shop and train, which is a 20 minute ride to get to the main town. Lots of parking and easy to find. Well worth the money!

We visited Stuttgart for the Porsche museum and ended up enjoying wilhelma zoo more (it's amazing) - this hotel is not well located for anything like this that is centrally located and we were disappointed in ourselves at not researching the location more - it's all business single guys.
Added to this it was quite expensive, and the food was terrible. Good parking facilities but we would never stay here again.

We stayed one night at this hotel during a trip to Italy. The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. You also get a free ice cream when you check in, which we thought was a nice gesture. Recommended!

We stayed in the Neotel for one night- it didn't quite reach expectations for a 4 star hotel. The building and rooms are quite old, most obviously in the bathrooms. It has been done up but it is apparent it is an old structure.

Pros-
The hotel has a distinct character- by successfully capturing their 80's bus museum style.
Parking is free.
Staff pleasant.
Breakfast abundant (yet slightly mediocre in quality).
Room was comfortable and reasonably spacious.

Cons-
There are no lights on the roof, making the bedside table lamps the only available light source during the evenings- rendering the room rather dim.

Block out blinds were a happy site- and in theory provided a wonderful prospect of a sleep in. In practise however- they could have saved their money and just bought normal blinds, as they did the same job of keeping the light out.

For the price, the over quality wasn't too bad, the hotel offers the necessities.

Stayed: July 2016
