Another excellent stay, the hotel is VFM, comfortable clean practical rooms, really good customer service. Breakfast is more than you would expect from a Budget hotel. Really good car parking. Information was required to find a restaurant and a local brochure was produced in minutes.
The reception at the hotel was not quick and easy as in other Ibis Budget hotels not only in France and in UK but also in Germany. We were asked for the documents while few days after in other 2 Ibis Budget hotels the check-in was time of seconds. Tthe guy at the reception (not too friendly) sad because the different rules in Bayerland: is it true? In general the room was not bad but an elevator (not available) it would be useful to get the upper floors with the luggage. Breakfast not too bad
We boocked for 3 persons and arrived late as informed in pre checkinBut in the room no pillow for 1 and no blankets for 2 person.Heater was brokken we could not turn the heater off.Because it was afther 10 we could not find help.
This hotel is in a great location - near motorways & yet in a very pleasant & convenient district. The nearby Italian restaurant was great & there is a large supermarket around the corner. The room was of the usual Ibis good standard & as always well-designed for convenience & comfort. It was good to be able to loan a hairdryer for a returnable deposit. Breakfast was very good - a large range of items available.
i use this place when i travel trought europe by car , decent place to get a good shower , good bed time , it can be noisy as is close to motorway , but good soundproof windows. i would recomand this for anyone who's driving across europe and needs a place to spend the night!
