I stayed there for a night on a businesstrip. My room was large and even contained a kitchenette. Sadly the whole hotel is a bit worn down. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was ok but was only available until 0930h when they started taking our plates away...
We stopped here en route to Austria and it’s a great place. Friendly staff, clean rooms and fab breakfast. For the price it’s amazing. Please don’t be put off by the fact it’s unmanned some of the time. Keys are easy to access. Secure underground parking is included in the price too.
Local Germán restaurant 2 mins away with good food, wine and beer!
Simple, warm, clean and professional in every aspect. Everything dealt with a smile. One of the largest bathrooms that I have come across, and the room was spacious as well. It could probably do with a greater breakfast, but that is just me.
I have read opinions of other travellers and they are confirmed.
The 4th floor had poorer internet signal.
Breakfast is consistent.
There is a sauna which needs to be preped by the staff and functions until 9:30.
No restaurant for lunch/dinner
No staff at reception in weekend (you need to announce your arrival in such cases).
Cheap good beer in the room.
Overall very good stay!
This hotel is ideally located in the Erlangen business area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast provides a great selection. This hotel is very recommendable!
