The hotel just opened recently, so everything is clean and new. The rooms are on the small side, but functional and well designed. The location is great, just a couple minutes walking to the old town, the main station, or the "Arcaden", a large shopping center. Breakfast is included with the (very low) rate and was very nice as well. Excellent value for money!

I was staying here 4 nights. The first thing that I would mention is the relatively spacious bathroom and comfortable bedroom, both with big windows. Everything was very clean, but it is a brand new hotel anyway. The room was very-well equipped with iron, ironing-board (!), tea-water-boiler and more.. I liked the lot of different light sources in the rooms and the breakfast/bar area too.

Negative: View is not so good. Hotel is next to the railway. (positive: it's close to the public transportation and also to the center of Erlangen)
The air-conditioning system made a high-frequency noise whole night, even if it was switched off! The door of the room was not closing properly. I had to push the door second time manually after it springed with a big bang noise automatically. The breakfasting area is not big enough considering the number of rooms, so when a lot of guests are arriving in the same time, it can happen that there might be no free tables remain.
