Stayed for 1 night for a fair in Nuremberg. New hotel, clean, nice bed. Complementary bfast and wifi. Conveniently located: 700m from the train station. A bus takes you directly to the airport; bus stop 250m from hotel. Would stay again. Good alternative for hotels in Nuremberg.
I booked this hotel for visiting an Exhibition between 28-30 March 2023. Unfortunately, I got Covid. Booking conditions did not allow cancellation at the last minute and I was forced to pay the full amount although the hotel could easily sell the room as there were lack of rooms due to exhibition. Unfortunately, the hotel did not want to find a compromise solution and insisted to apply contract conditions. I have been traveling on business and pleasure for more than 20 years, and none of the hotels I booked were so unfriendly even for easy reasons such as wrong booking date, wrong booked city or anything. The hotel received as supporting documentation my doctors letter as well. So please do not be surprised in the future if a guest shows up even when the guest has Covid and touches entire breakfast buffet because this hotel will say to the guest you booked it with these conditions, either you come or you do not come, we will keep your money and put other guests under danger. This is likely to happen. When you book this hotel, think about your safety first. This my conclusion. Besides this, maybe legally correct but not customer friendly approach- especially in a sold out market situation .

Wenn der Gast die preislich reduzierte, jedoch nicht flexible Rate gebucht hat, trägt er somit das Risiko bei Nichtanreise auch im Falle von Covid oder höherer Gewalt.
Da es sich außerdem um einen Messezeitraum handelt können wir auch keine Ausnahmen gewähren.

Firstly we were given a twin room that was adequate but a single lady was given a large double room!!
Evening meals were bad. The first night the meal was appalling and took four attempts to get it right., with no starter or dessert. the Second night was not much better, after complaining the manager said to blame the tour company as they do not serve evening meals.
Breakfast was a serve-yourself and not a bad selection of meats and some hot items.
No tea-making facilities, but an Ironing board? again told that you can get hot drinks 24 hours from the restaurant yourself but pay at reception each time.
The only good point was it was near the town centre to go out for something.

Stayed overnight returning to UK. Check-in can only be described as shambolic with two desks one guy checking us in had no idea what was going and the other guy stood laughing at us. So no would not recommend this and I work for a US company will be calling travel to say IHG can be an issue.
Once checked in went down for a drink which again was shambolic bar staff had to use reception cash if you wanted to pay.
OK on the good side food the staff in this area were amazing very helpful and such a change. Quality of the food was very good too with plenty of choice.

A quiet hotel, nevertheless just 2-3 minutes by car to the autobahn. Very clean, rooms were good. Water pressure in the shower okayish. Usual HIEX breakfast, so it get you started. Reception was very friendly. Only downer: I wasn't allowed to pay via Apple Pay and found the explanation rather strange.
