Zeitwohnhaus has the advantage of a larger organization, where there are decent processes and advances practices – with the combination of the feel of a smaller hotel, where there is personal attention to the customers, flexibility in arrangements and a kind, welcoming atmosphere.

We have relocated from Australia with small children and spent 2,5 month in this hotel. Our movements, due to the pandemic, were a bit unpredictable and hotel management showed great compassion and flexibility to support us in this changing journey. On arrival, there was a nice welcome pack for the kids, were got small presents for Santa Clause and Christmas, these touches were not expected and highly appreciated. We also got a large box of toys and a playmat, something that is live safer with small kids.
Our placement in the hotel was very considerate for us and the other guests. No one ever said anything, but I noticed that resident were placed as far from each other as possible, so they do not disturb each other. It was fantastic, that we could use the corridor to keep our pram and scooters there – as these take up a lot of space.

When we had a problem, it was addressed with priority on a very professional manner.

We have asked to change car park spots a couple of times as our car is big and it proved to be a bit challenging to use some of the places – these requests were always welcomed and attended too quickly. When we had a request, it was always followed up and we never needed to remind anyone. The maintenance professional had to come to support with small items a couple of times and it was always managed promptly and greatly. We spent Christmas in the hotel and our Christmas tree was taken care of and removed for us – which we didn’t even expect. So services were going above and beyond.

The most impressive element of our stay was that event the biggest apartment was very challenging to accommodate two adults and three kids under lock down while one of us had to do home office. Director Erika Flegner showed amazing empathy and came up with a five star solution to support our family and secure a working space that made a huge difference for us. It is highly appreciated.

To show how much staff cared: when we accidentally left our laundry in the common dryer, lovely Eva didn’t just remove it for us, she folded it and left it in our room. This is how compassionate the colleagues at ZWH are.

The spaces are lovely, the atmosphere is nice, the materials and furniture are high quality and the location is amazing.

All together, we are very glad that we got to stay at this amazing place and can only recommend it for everyone else.
