The rooms are comparatively bigger than the other hotels. Their service was very good. The breakfast spread was good too. The location is very near to the town center and train station. All the shops and restaurants are in pretty much walk-able distance.

I recently stayed at the NH Erlangen for a business trip. The service was outstanding from every single person: friendly, helpful, understanding. Nothing was too much trouble & they should all be proud of the quality of their service. If I travel to Erlangen again I will definitely stay here.

No real complaints - it’s fine enough, check in and check out are efficient and the breakfast spread (though identical day to day) is probably better than the continental Europe norm.
Rooms were fine enough. Nothing spectacular but did the job.
Taxis ordered at reception always showed up quickly.

very friendly staff, convenient location in the city center, nearby commercial zone, smell of food in the corridors on occasions, even in the higher floors, bath room needs some refurbishment and was not 100% clean during the stay

Very friendly personal, nice location. Quite hot in summer. Bed isn't very comfortable, mattress is a kind of old or broken. The room is quite small, but good equipped. Bathroom isn't big, but comfortable.
