I liked the hotel very much. Rooms are big and comfortable. Very positive and helpfull staff. Also perfect breakfast and restaurant deserves a star. You can eat any time deliocous with many choices. Hotel is just behind Siemens very close to the center of Erlangen. I recommend the hotel very much

Very good service at the reception on check in and checkout, good service at the bar with welcome drink,, but personal was also busy with other works, good room,but no upgrade for the room , as gold card status ,

The payment system was out of order, which can happen. However the reception could not help me further, i.e. bank transfer. Further they suggested to charge my credit card later that day, but without an invoice. I requested this invoice and they replied they were not able to generate such, even not a pro-forma one. Finally they were able to generate such, but this was twice incorrect and needed be corrected. I'm afraid what would have happened if I had not insisted to see the (pro-forma) invoice before departing. This had cost me a lot effort to had it corrected remotely.

Made a quick stop for one night with the family in july 2019.Hotel location is good, easy to find. Rooms quite small and worn with a lack of soul, tidy thugh. We had windows to the inner yard where there is an outdoorbar and quite noise. Staff is alright and so is breakfast.

Once again we are back "home". We arrived without any luggage (thank you KLM). The staff was cheerful and asked if there was anything we needed! We said a beer! From that point on, entering or leaving the hotel, the staff would update us on our luggage arrival. They sent up robes so if we decided to "rinse" out our clothes we had something to wear! The breakfast buffet was really good, the coffee AMAZING! During the morning I would sit in the courtyard with my computer doing family geanology while my husband was at work. The staff were so friendly asking every evening what adventures I had that day. They were like family..... We stayed during a week of record highs. We could not believe how well the A/C kept the whole hotel cool.
I did experience a disagreement with one employee. We returned at 2 am from an outing. I wanted to go to the courtyard to wind down, I was not allowed. I was told to go out in front of the hotel where there was no seating and I was not feeling safe about it. Now, we have never had any issues with regards to safety in this hotel. My insecure American side was coming out.
We look forward to our trip in October to see everyone again!

Stayed at this hotel for work travels and was very happy with the accommodations. The room fit three of us easily. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. The staff was very friendly and the daily breakfast was really good. The hotel is centrally located and was a quick walk to the train station and restaurants. I would stay here again.
Room tip: 4th floor apartments
