I stayed here for two days.
Satisfied with my stay here. Room size ok.
Toilet light turns on automatically and turns off again after 15 mins of your visit. Its annoying during the night since door is glass door.
Good place ment. Max 10 mins walking to walking street and 15 min to train station.
Good breakfast. Juices should be fresh. Otherwise satisfied.

Staff: Very good ( they can be excellent if they improve their English language commutation)
Negatives: Small room and bathroom/ the phone in the room was not working and nothing was done to fix it/ we couldn’t use the TV, instructions was in German language.
Overall I enjoyed my stay.
Good hotel both for business and tourist, close to the center of Erlangen. Room is clean and comfortable and staff is really professional. Let me spent one Word for the breakfast: IMPRESSIVE. Sweet and salad food with a great variety and a really good quality. Nice to stay there.
I stayed here with my husband at the beginning of June 2018. Even we paid 159 EUR per night per room for a period of 6 nights (954 EUR) I received a room that was not safe due to the fact that the ceiling was coming to low and we were very close to hurt ourself very bad. We had an option to move in a room in the ground floor near the garden but was too noisy and we couldn't open the window (no air conditioning in this amount of money). After my husband told to the clerk from the front office that we might cancel the staying due to the fact that the room is not suitable for safety issues, she threat my husband that if I cancel we would loose at least 90% of the whole payment.
My husband choose eventually the first unsafe room with low ceiling but this was not the only issue. The shower was so small that we hardly could enter inside.
More than that, at the check-out when we asked for late check-out at 5 pm the same reception lady was ready to charge us with 120 EUR like a full day because the was no cleaning available. We were able to understand that, but why to charge an amount that included the breakfast also. That was something that we really could not understand. The lady from the front office charged us with 50 Eur until 4 pm and we strongly believe that her behavior from check-in and check-out (was unfortunately the same lady) was out of normal and expected behaviour of a clerk from such a hotel, where we believe the respect is eesential.
Very disappointing stay at Bayerischer Hof. Small and tiny room with a window to the restaurant terrace. But the restaurant was the worst. I waited 45min for the starter and the Foie Gras was absolutely disgusting. The Club Sandwich as main course was just a little better. The Service also needs to be improved big times...
