Personnel is very nice and helpful, location is also nice. So it's a pity to write a bad review.
Rooms are very small. Everything is really small. This time I stayed in the annex where rooms are a bit mor spacy but still small.
Air was very bad. Smell was as if annex is opened just during peak periods an stays sealed for the rest of the year.
Two doors from the main house to the rear annex can hardly be opened with one hand and the other carrying some luggage.
Can hear anything that is going on next door: TV, snoring, shower.

Room ice cold, tiny and very uncomfortable; it was a single room with a 90cm bed, a tiny blanket, extremely narrow and very long, like an eery corridor. Although advertised as "available", there was no parking whatsoever anywhere near the hotel. Ended up leaving the vehicle in the no stopping zone, worrying about it being towed all night long. Staff did not care, "your problem, deal with it"

The room I had was old-fashioned. It was generally clean, and had a nice view towards Theaterplatz. The bathroom's layout was interesting, far deeper than wide, but with a decent shower. Breakfast buffet was all right.
