Run by enterprising people, but you are staying in converted offices (large but not exactly homely - office ceiling tiles, office floors, some office furniture). minimal facilities and Wifi on and off constantly, totally unreliable. Manager told me they were going to bring another Wifi provider on board soon. Only reason to stay here is if you are at the Messe with a busy schedule and not spending much time in the Hotel. Bed mattress very good it is fair to say. Excellent Chinese catering for lunch next door (same business).

The hotel was very clean and pleasant and the receptionist was charming. The beds were very comfortable and the room excellent but I was amazed how many things must be paid for. 10 euros for parking, coffee was either 2 euros or 1 euro 50 cents from a machine, wi fi was 5 euros a day and breakfast was 13 euros extra on top of the 69 euro room charge. Any meals were to be brought at the cafe adjoining the hotel which would mean discomfort in inclement weather.
This hotel is situated on a business complex away from Munich centre, which begs why the extra charges when you could stay at a superior hotel in the centre for the same money.

There are no taxis in Moosfled! the hotel is 5 mins walk from moosfled, there are two ways to climb up one after the other, climb up the station from behind take immediate right over a bridge overlooking fields, in 2 mins you'll reach karl scmidt road, take right and after 50 meters take left, it's on the right hand side.

The chinese guy at reception is friendly, very less heating in the room though, the bedding is not changed daily, no kettle in the room, munchen hbf is about half an hour away from train, airport 1.5 hours (the the fledmoching train)

Nearby attractions are two strip clubs, pacha and ceasor's world at 2 min distance.

Paid Wifi 3 euro per day(good speed), if you are staying for more than a day ask for only one day. No stairs.

Room Tip: don't take the rooms facing terrace on the first floor

The hotel is just a few walk away from the subway stop at Moosfeld..A few minutes and you are in the main area of Munich..the hotel itself is very clean..facilities are up to date like the tv..internet access is fast..you can upload your photos so easily..bathroom facilities and room accessories are ok..you feel secured..
When we were there, we were easily at home because the staff were warm..friendly..accomodating Chinese couple..(thank you)..
We always had happy breakfast meals because of the warm..wide array of great food especially while enjoying the company of fellow guests from different countries..thus our stay was unforgettable..
The convention center was just 1 substation away so going back to the hotel is quick while exploring the other areas of Munich..
You'll get great value of your money..if you are looking for decent..clean and cozy place minus the noisy shops..very restful after a long plane trip..

Nice and clean hotel if you're looking just for a place to sleep. Enough towels, everything is clean and tidy, lovely receptionist, very quiet area (but with not much to see). Enough parking space even on the street.
