Location is perfect, metro station is very close. The hotel service and the team is perfect. They are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean , big and tea pot , tea and coffee servise is satisfactory. Welcome service is wonderful.

very comfortable bed, nice breakfast (although not everything as in pictures), meeting watter/snack at the reception, friendly staff, clean room, good location, I didn't check terrase or gym.
- there were no housecoat or slippers (showed it will be while booking), not so good coffee.
During a 3 day business trip to Nurnberg in early Nov 2023, I stayed in "Park Inn by Radisson".
The hotel is centrally located, at walkable distance from the Nurnberg Hbf railway station and close to shops and eating joints.
Also it is close to many attractions of Nurnberg.
The staff are friendly and we had an overall good experience (check in/check out, complimentary breakfast, room cleanliness). On the day of checking out I was lucky to get extra time (late check out), but my colleague could not.
The reception helps in arranging a taxi within a few minutes, whenever requested.
Overall it was a good experience.
(Tip : Enroll free as a Radisson member, when you check in, to avail free drinking water bottles ! :-))
Great service and fantastic breakfast. Whilst this was a self check in, the excellent receptionist was available to help. The hotel and rooms were well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was buffet style but with a huge choice including many different types of bread and honey on the cone - tasty.

Dreadful hotel. Dreadful staff
The rooms are tiny and it is extremely difficult to unpacked even a small bag.
The air conditioning did not work.
The staff were off-hand. Other than breakfast there was no food at all available in the hotel despite the bar menu listing various dishes available. We were told that they would be open but, when asked, they just said they were not doing food.
The vending machines were totally empty.
Would never stay there again or recommend this place.

We all work hard to find a quick solution for AirCon which will be repaired this week. Due personal sick leaves it was not possible to open the bar all the time.
