As the restaurant for the Radisson Blu Hotel, it served a good breakfast, with custom made omelets. For outside service by the river (nice view), while the service was very friendly, the afternoon snacks were limited and expensive. So if you are looking for a spot to munch while walking the riverfront, this is OK. Don't make a special visit to this restaurant.

Because of the bad weather that day, we decided to sit inside and followed
the advice from one of the waiters meaning have your own salad to start with,
and second, share a pizza.
The salads were fine but the pizza was awful, just pizza soup !

I have caliac disease, also known as a gluten allergy. And this restaurant constantly claims they have "gluten free options" and "can deal with all sorts of allergies!"

...this is is what two waiters and a cook claimed, when approached with it.

Please mind, this is my first time abroad with my alergy, so i was extremely anxious, blindly trusting people in a different country, in a language I cannot understand.

After "confirmation" they knew how to deal with my allergy, we ordered.

The food came fast, but my fries were served, founding crumbles inbetween them, probably from a shnitzel, which is made with, youve guessed it... Breadcrumbs.

After noticing and warning the waiter, he told me he would switch my plate! Problem was, the moment he came back, there were still crumbs, as if he tried to clean my plate, instead of giving me a new one.

Now hold on, im not some snob that wants a new plate because im a snob... This has to do with cross-contamination, a silent killer for people with food allergy.

Alas, a third time back, and a clean looking plate, i shouldve just paid for the drinks and left, the moment they couldnt awnser me if my food was prepared in the same boiler as other products that contain gluten...

And you've guessed it. I've got infected, and had a pretty horrible weekend and first time abroad experience because of this.

Bottom line, the only reason they kept holding on how to deal with it is to grab all those one time visiting tourists for a quick buck, not even minding the fact they could kill a person by being this careless.

Staff doesmt communicate nor understand, they have cross contaminatio n written all over the kitchen, and dont waste a single penny when it comes to re-serving dangerous food.

Don't come here if you have allergies.
