Stayed there for a couple of days lovely hotel friendly staff just a couple of things went for a swim in the pool and the temperature could have been a few degrees warmer and we wanted to book a taxi for our early morning departure and my son was told not to worry we'll get one no problem the following morning when we went to reception to order one they couldn't get us one and weren't bothered about it and causally said we can get the train which we had to do or we would have missed our flight it was very disappointing after our lovely stay

In this hotel my wife and me passed a beautiful week end, the first time in Berlin. The hotel is wonderful: inside there the hall with reception, bar and a piano where during the morning you can hear beautiful melodies. It is a luxury hotel: around the hall there is the building, passing the corridor you can reach the room: relaxing colors during the path and the room is modern and cleaned. The main characteristic is the view in front of the hall looking a huge window of glass overlooking the street. The bath and the bedroom are big enough for 2 persons and everything are new and modern. the receptionists are so kind and know lots of languages. The breakfast is served in the restaurant on ground floor, a huge space where you can find lots of food and drink for different taste: it was so good.
I travel a lot and this was one of the best hotel that I have ever seen.

Room Tip: room in front of the lobby

I stayed at Eurostar with my two sons (12 and 15) while visiting Berlin for three nights. What we liked:

- Great location. Walkable from the main train station. Easy walking to top sights including museum mile, Reichstag, and Brandenburg gate. Right on the S-train station, so reasonable connections to public transport. Range of restaurant options close by.
- Appreciated being able to get a room that had 3 single beds - perfect for me and the boys. Hotel room and bathroom comfortable. Liked the huge windows looking into the atrium, which brought in a lot of light.
- Breakfast area, lots of options.
- Found the staff to be friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Basically, the hotel had everything we needed and was an excellent home base for our touring.

We had a great time staying here for 4 nights during our vacation in Berlin.
The room was clean, comfortable and large. The shower is roomy and enjoyable (only thing missing was a proper place to put our soap and shampoo while taking a shower).
Receptionists are polite and efficient, and they even let us stay for a late check out until 14 30 for no extra charge!
The location is fantastic, close to all the main interesting sites in the mitte, and right on the very central friedrichstrasse station.

Lovely rooms and extremely helpful staff members. The location was great and in the mornings we were woken up by the music played downstairs - the volume was just right to slowly wake you up. I would definitely stay there again.
