We visited in May at the start of the summer and it wasn't too busy. After a short training session we were left on our own to do as many parts of the course as we wanted. The course is across three levels with a stair case in the middle. We had plenty of time and completed most of the crossings at all three levels. The course is really well designed with lots of unique obstacles such as the trabis.

The instructors weren't particularly hands on after the training but we were all over 18 and didn't really need them so maybe if you went with under 18's then they'd be a bit more hands-on.

There is also beach volleyball courts, play areas and a toilet block if you have people accompanying who don't want to take part.

I went here with my two young daughters aged 7 and 9 on holiday from the UK, The staff member we dealt with (there were three in total) was rude and confrontational from the moment we arrived. we were told we would receive adequate instruction - instead we got an unprofessional rushed 3 Minute run through delivered with impatience and a complete lack of interest in us as paying customers. The staff member could not even be bothered to demonstrate how the safety procedures for going from one level of the platform to the next worked by physical demonstration except when asked at which Point she explained but not before making clear her irritation. If we looked slightly unsure by her garbled explanation she blamed us and said we were "not listening". This rudeness continued when we handed our equipment back with the staff member shouting accusations across the site that we had not followed her instructions (we had been told not to drag the Equipment through the sand - which we very obviously hadnt). She now suggested we had been told to Exit through an entirely different route to the one we had used - which was untrue and she without doubt knew she was lying when she was saying this. It was shouted across a queue of people and clearly just done to humiliate and part of the same pattern of rudeness we had experienced since we arrived.

On one occassion my daughter got stuck on one of the pieces of apparatus - because of the lazy briefing we had received we had no idea how to self help our way out of it - we waved at the staff and after ignoring us for a while eventually one of them dragged herself over to assist. again the manner was bored and accompanied with mild Irritation at being disturbed.

All in all a terrible experience. Was the fact we were visibly foreign the reason we were treated like this (we are South Asians)? I'd lke to think not, but given the totally gratuitous nature of the rudeness we experienced did not seem to be given to the white German customers I think it is more than a plausible explanation. Of course they could be like this with everyone (which in a funny way I hope is true) in which case perhaps a customer service training course? However on the basis of what we experienced I would generally not recommend this place to anyone that needs to interact with the staff and would certainly not recommend it to any visible ethnic minorities unless you dont mind being repeatedly insulted And we paid EUR50 for this wonderful experience!

We took 2 teenage boys to Berlin for the week and this was definately their highlight. We went on a day which was warm and sunny and they spent 1.5 hours climbing in MountMitte and then about an hour watching a beach volley ball competition. It was such a chilled out place, really strange to think it was in the centre of Berlin! Climbing was about 18 Euros each and you have to be over 140cm to take part. It was better than anything we have seen here in the UK!

Went with a group of 9 friends very last minute. Staff were brilliantly helpful and the course is fantastic. Sort of like GoApe except it's completely flexible and caters even better to large groups just looking to have fun. Would highly recommend!

Took our boys here (10 and 12) and they absolutely loved it - the highlight of their trip to Berlin. Even though we arrived a couple of hours before it was due to open, the staff were more than happy to let us climb so we had the place to ourselves. Safe, well designed with enough variety to keep you interested over 3 levels. Us grown ups played it safe and stuck to just level 1 and 2, the kids showed no fear and headed straight to the top. Take a fleece as it can get a bit chilly high up and give yourself 2-3 hours to complete. Top of the list for the next time we visit Berlin!

Went there with my partner for some fun to take a break from all the depression of WW2.

The staff were really helpful with some basic english.
It's really safe to do.

Probably best left to the under 30's but we had a blast anyway.
Recommend taking your kids if you have them.

Went here with some friends whilst travelling through Germany, actually stumbled across this place by accident after visiting the Berlin Wall memorial which is less than a Minutes walk from here. Was blown away by the High MountMitte which is basically a grown ups version of a climbing frame. Its was around 20 Euros when I went and it is well worth it, its like a giant Takeshi's castle (Total Wipeout like if you don't get the reference) like sections with spinning barrels, swinging ropes and lots of other challenges. It consists of three levels with the top the hardest and scariest. BeachMitte is attached to the area and is a good spot for food and drinks with a million courts for playing volleyball if you fancy it, definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
