Everything is as advertised. Very good choice if you are on a tight budget.

The surrounding is not exactly nice, plenty of casino bars and such. But it's reasonably close to center. The subway is about a ten minutes walk. Then just a few more minutes and you're there. You can even walk it if you have something like 40 spare minutes. You can't get lost, it's almost a straight way.

I appreciated comfortable beds and quiet surrounding. The wc+shower was really really clean, something I don't expect when going cheap. Thumbs up!

I sincerly recommend this place. A small distance from the center encouraged me to explore the unknown district of Berlin. Affordable prices, clean rooms and friendly service. It's the ideal place if sightseeing is the most important for you.

Located within a reasonable walk from the U underground. In what looks like a Turkish area. Steps by name, steps by nature - there is no lift. Noise was a problem for me since the room faced on to the court yard which is an enclosed space and so the noise is trapped. If you are bothered by loaud party types this could be an issue if you are unable to move room. For many this is not an issue but be aware. Also there is noise from the constant pounding of feet ont eh stairs. Dissapointingly there is no TV in the room which is a first for me travelling around many budget hotels in much poorer countries that always do have one. Also the Wifi signal ini 320, 3rd floor, was terrible. Not too noticable for simple internet operation but falls apart immediatley when trying any type of streaming (to replace the missing TV entertainment). Make sure you have a wi-fi signal analyser app on your gadget in order to find the one sweet spot for just above -60dB (on the very corner of the desk on the window side close to the wall sockets, just enough for some streaming with occasional buffering). On the whole though clean, comfortable, good shower and as you are probably finding out the price for a room with your own bathroom is very competative and good. Very easy getting to the sights from the area. Also there is a Netto and Aldi two streets away on the ring road for cheap provisions (Netto much better stocked).

Room Tip: Courtyard facing could get noisy late at night

Attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are just the basics, but it is reasonable, close to public transportation, bars and restaurants. Very clean. I would recommend the Schraders Restaurant on the corner. Brunch was fantastic.

A hotel with a very nice service - made us possible to check in a couple of hours earlier; Rooms were equipped with very basic furniture, but the room as well as the bathroom were very clean and neat. Breakfast also basic, but what else do you need but a bread, cheese, cearials, jam, coffee/tea/juice? Maybe some vegetables?
