I booked through hotels.com agency a room from 14 to 18 september 2020.
They didn’t comply to the terms of the contracts because I called after 6 pm and the contracts specify that I should be entitled to be partially reimbursed.
I did everything to cancel the booking but the Novum denied the cancellation without reason and specially they didn’t comply with the terms of the contracts.
They breach the rules of the cancellation and you didn't propose any alternative : I was expecting a full refund or a voucher for the same amount at least but nothing has been proposed and then this breached the contract and then IT IS ILLEGAL FROM NOVUM HOTEL!
I copied by email the european consumer center (ECCIE-9662)with a complaint number against Novum Graf Hotel in Hambourg, the novum hospitality info center and the CEO of NOVUM HOSPITALITY.
Don’t go to this hotel.More
