Good hotel, which is very close to Hamburg main train station and central bus station.
In the lower floor is a bar. Recommendable both for business trip and also for a stay with the family.
Breakfast is valuable and of high quality. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel located close to Hamburg city centre and main public transport. Very polite staff at reception who was always pleased to assist us with any queries we had with our two small and unfortunately ill children. Good breakfast.

The hotel is ok, efficient and clean, but generally feels like not worth it's price. It looked different than on it's promo pics and generally for it's proce tag i was expecting something more from the room. Breakfast was good.
Really nice hotel for its price. Spacious room, dedicated facilities, comfortable table. Kettle only for 3 euros. Big wardrobe, safe. View from window not perfect (to another building) but if you will not stay at the room whole day it's OK. Check in/out without any problems. Booked on booking.com.
The rooms are very clean and the location is excellent. There is a street about a 7- minute walk away called Lange Reihe (Long Road) that has excellent restaurants and bars on it. There is a metro station just 1.5 blocks away, a grocery store, and 3 bakeries... We loved the local bar that is in the hotel. Great bartenders and great cocktails.
The room was comfortable and this hotel is a good value. However, the shower is TINY and is probably 5 square feet. There is NO air conditioning in this hotel and during our stay, there was a heat wave in Hamburg (low 90's) and it was miserable trying to sleep. The beds are okay...not hard, not soft, but not just right either...there was no view, but not that it mattered...
Good atmosphere in the whole hotel, nice people at the desk, good location near the station, very helpful with requests - the shower is rather small. All in all a very good rate for what you get in the hotel.
