Very average hotel with poor service. I booked a room through website and requested king bed. We got to the room on 5th floor and it turned out there are twin beds. We went downstairs, waited in line again, got another card, went upstairs and of course, twin beds again. So again, we had to wait in line to request room with king/queen bed. As we had things to do in the city, that was waste of time and pointless stress for us.
At the breakfast, waiter wearing gloves dropped a plate with fruits on the floor and picked them up. He started serving food immediately as if nothing happened without changing the gloves after they touched the floor! So much for hygiene during pandemic...
Restaurant is understaffed, waiters seem stressed.
Lastly, in the morning, some member of the staff, casually opened the doors to our room as if he lived there.
Overall it was a poor experience.
