I made a booking for 3 nights on October. Due to delays in my flight I was not able to call them to ask how to get there until 18:45. I was told that as I hadn't advised them by 18:30 my room had been cancelled and they were full. Outrageous. Not only that they charged me for the room. This is double dipping. If I had been charged for the room surely it was mine. I complained on the phone but the rude reception man hung-up.
