Very centrally located. We used this hotel as a place to sleep to catch the train the next morning. Located only about 5 blocks from the hotel. Very modern with all the amenties that you would get at a Marriott anywhere in the world. The breakfast is fantastic, however, with delicacies that will satisfy any taste. Since I am Marriott Platinum Level we had access to the Concierge Lounge, which is very good. Great selection of finger foods and drinks.

Great location for the meetings I was attending at the nearby Congress Center. The rooms are typical of the size you would find at any Marriott, larger than you would get at many hotels in Europe. The breakfast in the hotel is good and plentiful, but is 30 Euro if it is not included in your room rate, so book carefully.

We found this hotel to have one of the most professional & courteous staff we've encountered in all our travels and this includes the Executive Lounge staff! The room was a bit small, but updated and impeccably clean. The bathroom, too, is a bit small but wonderful amenities. The location was fabulous....we walked to the old town and river. Kudos again to the Executive Lounge - one of the best!

From arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. Was upgraded from basic room to a junior suite (Marriott gold member). Room was wonderful and the executive lounge was excellent with a wonderful view of the city. Breakfast was huge and had everything I wanted in an American breakfast. Would definitely come back.

One evening during my trip I had a business meeting to arrange. Unfortunately due to miscommunication and the over-running of the days events, I was unable to secure an appropriate location. I talked to someone at the Cross Lounge/bar and booked a table. But when I arrived, the location was a bit noisy and crowded as it is a bar/restaurant. Still, I accepted that was what it was. But the manager (not sure of his name, but he was working on the evening of September 28th) recognized this problem himself, and came up with an alternative. He opened up the Brasserie across the lobby, which is closed in the evenings. There he found a room for us, which was quiet and separated from the rest of the area and had a broad table for our meeting. It was an ideal location, and he made sure that we had wait staff coming over regularly from Cross to get us drinks and snacks.

He was understanding of our needs, showed initiative to find a very good solution and was efficient, made sure that the wait staff took care of our drinks and snacks. It speaks very highly of the hotels training and culture.
