We stayed here for 3 days. The room is big enough for us with complete stuff inside our room. A mini kitchen, sofa, tables etc. though some toiletries is missing it is not a big deal though. But i want to point out the AC its not working properly. The hotel itself is far from the center though it is very near in train and Mall. The Breakfast buffet is also awesome but the staff is not cheerful. Overall stay is Good!

Stayed in this hotel recently and a couple of times before.

The hotel has a fast working staff at the reception, bar and restaurant.

The hotel has 2 somewhat slow responding elevators but they do what they are build for.

The rooms are clean and big enough for a business visit. Ability to make the room dark for sleeping can be better. There is a minibar (not used so can't comment on quality). The room has a small television (not used). Bathroom is clean and fully equipped for a business stay. Missing in the bathroom are the usually provided soaps and shampoos but they are two containers with liquid soap at the walls.

See if you can get a room at the rear side of the hotel, away of the street and main entrance, that is more quiet.

The hotel is situated in a suburb next to a Media Market and a big other shopping mall. You can get here by tram, car and of course taxi. The hotel has good and free parking facilities next and under the hotel.

Sometimes you can see and hear airplanes for Frankfurt International coming over. Never heard them at night.

Internet is not free but works ok. Some sites (like dropbox) seem to be blocked (couldn't get access). If the number of guests simulataneously accessing internet the speed can be considered poor.

Room Tip: Get a room away of the elevators and a the rear side of the hotel. View from your window isn't g...

Having read previous reviews, I was a bit concerned, but chose this hotel because of its proximity to where we needed to be early the following morning. What a pleasant surprise!! We were 3 people, so had a large room on the top floor with access to a roof-top terrace. It was wonderfully quiet and we had a restful night. Everything was clean and perfect and the service was excellent. The only negative I have to say about this place is that they charge 5 Euros/device/day for wifi.

Was drawn to the hotel due to the reasonable price. Had a single room, which was a little dated, but comfortable for the overnight stay. Impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Location wise, not very close to the city center but free parking is a definite plus. It's a quick commute to the city by car. There is a supermarket nearby and shopping mall, so still rather convenient. Had breakfast at the hotel which was not too expensive, but selection appears limited in my opinion. Overall, a decent hotel for a business trip.

My major concern was that my A/C was completely broken, it only pumped out hot, hot, heat, even when I put it on fan only mode. I did not complain to the front desk because I was tired so I just opened the windows all the way and got the climate I wanted. It was a bit noisy outside and 6 floors is not noise insulation. The front desk (Christian, iirc) was very efficient and polite, the room itself was pretty nice, if dated, but I enjoyed the mini-fridge as a nice touch that I have not seen in a while. The bar and bartender was affordable and friendly and stayed open an extra hour for us on a Saturday night because they were a little busy. My rest at night was good and unbroken, even with the window open. Price was excellent and they have free underground parking. Overall, not bad, if a dated property with some minor issues.

Stayed here for a big trade fair as the 'normal' hotels are way too expensive and this place has a good and bad side!
It's 100m from the team line with quick access to city centre and trade fair which is great. It's in a fairly quiet NE Frankfurt suburb with not much else around. Staff are pleasant enough, breakfast is ok and dinner restaurant wasn't bad : staff lacked experience though (never been asked if I wanted dry or sweet red wine before!!?)
But in all fairness it's a different language.
Worst bit was the room though : way too hot and sitcom was awful and loud!
Opening windows made it cold and loud!
Bed was single and uncomfortable! Pillows like wafers!
Bad nights sleep every night.
Free wifi
Wouldn't use it again

Very average 4* hotel in Frankfurt suburb. Their is a shopping mall close to hotel and you can get a tram to the centre. Breakfasts are OK with a good range of different dishes. Coffe is fine. Service are standard. Any surprise for the price.
