1- excellent location opposite to the central bus station, close to the main train station and surrounded with hypermarket and public car park with cheap parking price.
2- Service was good.
3- haven a good lobby although it is small.
(B) Areas of improvement:
1- housekeeping is not bad but requires better quality.
2- Staff must learn to smile and tend to provide service and help to others. Interaction with people means skills, capabilities and body language rather than only applying procedures and executions without customer service sense because because people are not machines.More
