Been here for two days and have been delighted be the stay. Easy walk to the big outlet/shopping center. The couple behind the hotel are very kind and helped us with some useful information. Will be coming back because the breakfast is also very delicious! :D

This hotel is mainly for business travelers to and from Denmark, as the hotel in near exit Neumünster-Süd of the A7 Hamburg to Flensburg motorway.
Rooms in main building nicer than Annexe.
Good, value for money and very tasty food in the restaurant.
Friendly service.

After driving for many hours and standing in traffic jams it was time for dinner, so we left the autobahn at a random place and we looked for a random place to have dinner. By chance it happened to be hotel wittorf on the outskirts of neumunster. What a good choice it happened to be. Very friendly service and very good food. After dinner we continued and so did not try the hotel. We can recommend the restaurant

The hotel is situated in beautiful gardens not too far off from the motorway.
It is a great hotel that looks after their guests.
The dinner is delicious and so is the breakfast
They are small beautiful suits with fruit and water provided for the guests.
The hotel was most thoughtful in providing keys when we arrived very late at night.

I recommend this hotel, it's service is great , so is the situation of the hotel -just all round perfect.

During my business travelling in North Germany I slept 1 night in that hotel and it was a serious horrible experience. First they switched out WiFI after 12:00 in the night. Being a traveler and business man with international listings on ebay and selling refurbished cars in Miami, Florida, I could not access my emails either doing my ebay stuff.
Early in the morning around 6:00 am there was nobody, nothing to get even a coffie. I put my motorcycle and drove downtown to ask a taxi driver for a first class hotel having WiFi access and an early breakfast in the morning - so I landed up in the hotel Altes Stahlwerk. I left a note with my key and a toilett mark from the german high-way toiletts and send them by email my greatings to their reception, waiting for response. And than I got a call around 7:30 am if I want to come back to pay my bill. I came back to pay my bill and faced the son of the owner who works also as e refurbisher for wood. He was very aggressive to me. I was sitting quite and innocent at the entrance and complained about the WiFi and he decided to scream to me, kicked me out of his ground and hotel with the warning he will call the police. I need to say that I had a nice talk with a young blond employee mrs. P. the night before. And that night the hotel was nearly empty, only one other German guest was sitting at the hotel bar. And mrs. P. told me that she was working in this hotel since 7 years, has all her good education papers. And I asked her why she is working in such a low-class hotel meeting low-class people. And I was recommending her to the manager of the first class hotel Altes Stahlwerk during one of my next travels. And when I called the hotel Wittorf weeks later I still got mrs. P. on the line, she still works there. Sometimes I really don't understand country side people.
