We booked this hotel last minute on a sightseeing trip to beautiful Córdoba. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel for the cost. Also the hotel was in the centre of the city ideal.
Our room was very modern, clean and a good size for three adults.
Breakfast was very good, great choices.
All staff from reception to restaurant were polite and friendly.

Overall disappointing experience staying in this hotel. Poor price/quality!

Rooms are spacious but furnished poorly. You feel the springs in the mattresses. No coffee/tea facilities. Bathroom not hygienic and toiletries of poor quality. Wallpaper falls of the wall, same as the shower bar and electricity.

Biggest problem for us was the extreme noisiness of the room. We were given a room with a direct door to the room next us. Although the people next to us were not loud, we could literally follow every word. Every switch of the light button, every step and move. We went to the front desk to address this issue and were given an other room. We immediately discovered that this room had the exact same problem (in between door and neighbours), so went back. The staff first did not want to do anything because they were fully booked. When we insisted we pay too much money for a room to have this problem, we (with a large sigh and eye roll) got a different room. This room was smaller, but at least less noisy. Please note that the hotel is placed at a roundabout, so noise from outside (traffic) is constant.

Staff at the front desk not friendly and distant. Were not welcoming, not open to help and did not speak good English. In our booking we mentioned it was our honeymoon, but nothing was done with that, not even a simple congratulation.

Positive points: good location and nice swimming pool area.

Would not recommend.

Modern hotel with beautiful rooftop pool. Walking distance to main sites, and just down the street from Victoria Market. Room was spacious & clean, with an amazing and HUGE shower. Great robes provided and friendly staff. Drinks were pretty overpriced, but overall a positive experience nonetheless.

This place was pretty far from main sites but was ok for the price.

Rooms were clean, car park was tricky but at least free, and was only here for a night.

Rooms are very modern and the hotel is easy to find on a main strip.

Would stay here again but if you are walking find someplace closer to the cathedral.

We could see the hotel but simply couldn’t find a proper entrance!! After going round the big park behind the hotel twice we eventually parked about 5 minutes away and walked to the hotel to the only small entrance & asked. There is NO dropping off point at all & you have to drive into the underground car park which is VERY poorly signposted & take your bags up to reception. There is no doorman or bell hop to assist. The restaurant is very very basic & not up to a 5 star hotel. The breakfast however is quite good with a large buffet. The rooms however are excellent. Very modern & well appointed with a comfortable bed.The bathroom too was very modern & well equipped. Unfortunately overall this is a good 4* hotel. It simply isn’t, by any criteria, a proper 5* it’s unlikely we would book it again.
